Intermittent fasting
Apple cedar vinegar after every meal
Green tea at least 2 cups a day
No sugar or carb
The diet is supposed to be high in protein and no Carb
Use healthy fats like olive oil and coconut oil and a little bit butter
Exercise, walking for one hour
Using coriander, cinnamon, Cumene, blackseed, chia seed in the diet
Using row onion, row garlic in the daily diet
Arabic gum
